2007 renovation included a $3,500 fridge

Every bathroom needs a $3,500 fridge

Now that's a nice-looking bathroom. ABC News reports that it belongs to the Secretary of the Interior. Cost to you? Just $222,000. It was done back in 2007 for Dirk Kempthorne, then President Bush's Interior Secretary, and includes a $3,500 Sub-Zero refrigerator - you know, like the one you have in your bathroom. Other features include a $689 faucet and $65 tissue holder.
The swanky john and its hefty price tag came to light thanks to Atlanta's WSB-TV, which filed a Freedom of Information Act request on the renovation four years ago.
The $222,000 price tag is slightly more than the median home price in the United States in 2010: $221,800, according to the Census bureau.
