The White House says tonight that President Obama received briefings from FBI Director Robert Mueller and Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano on today's explosions in Boston. Obama also spoke with Mass. Gov. Deval Patrick and Boston Mayor Menino. The federal government is offering whatever help is needed in response to the explosions, which have, Boston officials say, killed at least two people and wounded 23 more.
